I have asked this question before and it's not directly related to this exact video, but I've always wondered if the law in general looks at DUI's under a different light if the intoxicant in question was a controlled and/or illicit substance as compared to simply having too much booze in your system at one time? Are there stiffer penalties given out on average? Does the substance in question matter?
