Sadly he is mid he kinda has that Zahard treatment he do be good on paper tho but gameplay wise not much the heal u get after turn 1 the dmg reduction u get after turn 2 ( the buffs are blue and only stay for 1 round) so the heal will last only for one round and it will heal only if the damage done to the characters is 30% of their HP or Higher also the damage Percival does is very low unless u do all stuff needed for him to proc then he starts doing decent dmg ( but tbh by that time the match is usually over ) so I wouldn't say this is a must summon for Human Mains heck you want dmg reduction? Then just use Light Fest Ban he Gon do way better for your team
And to add one he do be squishy ud need Red Tarmiel Link on him to survive (hopefully) and let's be honest Not giving the Red Tarmiel Link to your Arthur but to a unit that can't do dmg and just offers a 1 time heal u might not even see is just plain st*pid
