Thanks zack! I'm not computer savvy. You lead me in the right direction. I'm looking forward to getting my first show built

What would you say is the best pre-fire time on average? 1 second? 2 seconds? Trying to avoid time between ignitions taking into consideration lift time.

Same question especially when have music in play. i currently have show perfect using the ignite software with music and using the phantom show builder. I am concerned with when fire show that now when it fires the ignite time will now kill the sync work done for fireworks and music. Definately would love some insight from ignite on this one please.

If I design a show on PC/Mac with music and upload the show will music upload also? I plan to us my iPad to fire the show. The question is do I have to download the music in both pc/Mac (to edit and prepare the show), and then manually download the same music file on the iPad?

Hi Bill, at this time we do not support mobile browsers. You'll want to make sure you are using a laptop or desktop version of Google Chome or Microsoft Edge.

@ignitefiringsystems So does it work on ipad or not. You told one commenter that it does work but you're telling this commenter that they'll need a laptop or desktop. I'm confused

@@derrickm2093you can fire the shows on an iPad. You have to use a desktop or laptop to create and edit the shows.

Great software although there really was no need to have users sign into the app using Google or Apple. A simple email and password would have been better. _

Thanks for the comment! We went with these two login options because they made signing up simple for the customer and allowed the easy linking of the Show Designer, IGNITE Fireworks database, and the mobile application.
