I recently had to joy to play vs Rengar top, Shaco jgl, Twitch Support. I had to face those invades constantly but thankfully my Team wasn't as toxic as this Jhin and we actually pulled out the win :)
This is why I love Broxah, bro is always so positive even when everything is such a clown fiesta. Never bashing his team nor the enemy team. Just keeping it 100

Hello Mr. Broxah, Love the content, have been watching you for a really long time now and I feel like I'm improving slowly. I have a question that you might've gotten before, I am Bronze 4 right now and I play Hecarim, Wukong and Ekko mainly. I really like Lee Sin from even before I started playing lol but all it took was a couple of games where I went 0/10/0 to make me drop him. I'm sure you wouldn't recommend him to a low elo player but do you believe it's possible for one to bust their butt and get better at him and eventually climb?
You can climb with any champ. The only thing holding you back are your own skills at the champ/game.
Harder champs/roles aren't recommended for low elo players to climb, but that's not because you can't climb with them--it's just that you will take longer to learn how to win with them.
This question gets asked every day on Reddit/TH-cam comments and the answer doesn't change....just play what you love and you can climb on anything

I think what you need most to climb is consistency
The best way to get consistency is to get good at macro, and therefore focus on macro
The best way to focus on macro is to know your champ by heart, what it can and cannot do (and how to execute it ofc), so your brain is free to pay attention to the other variables
Therefore, the best way to climb is to play only one or two, maybe three champs you know very well. That's why people recommend starting with easy champs. It just saves you the 20-50 games you need to consistently play a harder champ.
But if what you wanna do is play Lee Sin in high elo, and not just being in high elo, then you'll actually save some time by playing Lee Sin from the start ;) but stay focused on the macro (map awareness, timing, wave management, vision, etc) as much as possible, and not on flashy outplays!
@@SamraK64 agreed, although the extent that you should focus on macro vs micro depends on the champ. Champs with tons of outplay potential can let you climb with less macro knowledge if your micro is amazing, since you'll be winning 'bad' fights.

Set goals for yourself and keep working on the mindset. For some it's a lengthy process, but if you try your best to get rid of bad habits I'm sure you will be able to make progress over time. Good luck!

Dr. Broxah, what would you say xin's utility is in a team comp? when should you pick him?
Xin is a well rounded bruiser who can fit in most team comps. Good skirmishing/team fighting and decent ganks, if you get early kills you can play aggressive in fights and otherwise you simply peel and create space for your team. Try to avoid picking him vs. Kha'Zix, Master Yi and Trundle, these are some of the hardest matchups since you can't fight them 1v1.

It also might be worth noting that anyone who has an ally champion targeted ability makes really good synergy with xin. Galio and Lulu ults get a ton of value with xins ult

Im willing to sacrifice all my lead as jg to put my team ahead but often the support wont even clear vision the play becomes impossible and i cant recover, would you share your deduction process for soloq in that mater? I mean decision making not knowing how everyones brain works in your team.

@Broxah I can't say that you carried that game. Just like any other game, you have a team that rotated, which made you win, and I hoped you go the Rageblade to test the dmg, but the early game was not going well. But still, a win is a win. Congratulations 🎊
That was not at all the point
He didn't carry the fights, but he was super valuable and definitely carried in terms of shotcalling.
But the point was that positivity wins you games. If he hadn't performed as he had, and had gotten tilted after the early game, they would have lost.
The point is that you don't always have to be the main character in order to win. Often you can take a more supportive role (especially after a bad start) and still win by being a positive presence and helping your team make the correct macro decisions!
@@BroxahLoL Respectively, that's only in Diamond 2+. Tell me, can you really trust a gold player to carry the game when you are a pro player. It is a team game, I know, but correct me if I am wrong. if I didn't be the main character in the game, then who is? gold/silver elo! I need to always play with 1v9 mentality. I don't trust gold players.
@@deathredemption6938 Respectfully, that’s a horrible mentality to have and it’s probably the reason you are still playing with gold/silver players.
@@deathredemption6938 If that was true, enchanter/tanky supports would be terrible to climb with in gold. They aren't. They might not be as good as carries to climb with, but they're just as good at punishing enemy mistakes, not to mention that they can peel enemies out of some terrible situations, covering for teammates' mistakes!
Most people will agree that trying to be the carry is the best way to get out of low elo most of the time. That being said, when you do get behind and can't carry, don't give up hope! You'll still win SOMETIMES by supporting your team, shotcalling, and remaining untilted :)
