Brutal truth - This idea is tough. Been doing it for 12yrs, Huge amount of work to keep it all sweet with client. Only way to run this as Owner is to leverage a team to do it. Wait until you hit the client problems. Great model if it works but there's much easier B2B Models than this one :)
