I had poco x6 before ,and it is right ,but by the longer time you keep playing with it it starts lagging and it gets hot ,but with redmi it is customisable , and you can easily apply it in the developer settings

The performance is practically the same, I would choose it for its beauty, so the Note 13 is prettier in terms of screen, more powerful charger and water resistant.
Speed test isn't perfomance test. Throw a high end game and then the difference becomes night and day. But yes, for regular usage, the redmi is good but pretty sure at this point there are better phones.
