Keep the k30 one of a kind no def or emission problems and after you start a 12 valve you don’t even need electricity plus it scores 💯 on the cool factor!👍
I would keep the K30. I'm preparing to do a cummins swap into my 90 suburban so it is safe to say I'm partial to it. I love what you did with it regardless.
For all the work and money put into the Chevy you will have a hard time finding another one. The newer Denali is easy to come by. Your interior is all custom too.
Gotta keep the square body. You can find a new truck anywhere cant find another truck you’ve put that much time into. Plus like you said it’s your favorite one
Very nice truck, I'm to far away Plymouth Mass. to buy. Your a talent, just like contractors around here. You can do anything, that's what makes you very good at what you do. Nice equipment, boy I loved running loaders, excavators & graders 38yrs of a lot fun. equipment now is so nice. years ago I'd work 3 days straight removing snow, talk about being a zombie. pay day was nice though. great show thanks
keep the k30. the way this country is going you dont want a vehicle thats completely controlled by computers. i will NEVER get rid of my 7.3 powerstroke. you cant compete, new vehicles are pretty and have nice accessories but theyre designed around planned obsolescence. that k30 is probably one of the most reliable vehicles on your ranch without a doubt.
I personally would sell the denali. They are easier to find. But on the other hand the denali rids better, and tow better than the k30 does. But it is all up to you. You know what is best for you and your company. Cool video!
I would just keep the K30 honestly. Like you said it’s one of a kind. But I understand that it’s a shame just having it sit there. I’m all for keeping it lol
You should keep the new Denali With that being said I’ll buy the k30 and to sweeten the deal I got a first gen single cab 93 12 valve 4x4 We can work out a deal if your serous about getting rid of it I love it
If i were u, id keep the squarebody. The 12v is gettin hard to come by now a days. Plus youve done alot of custom work. The denali would b much easier to come by than another squarebody done up like that
It’s a no-brainer for me, keep the 5.9 Cummings K 30 I have an 05 Dodge Cummins 24 valve and now I am adding a 59 comments to my 1991 Chevy crew cab 1 ton with nv 4500 bought the conversion kit make it into a four-wheel-drive. Made it to AMD 205 transfer case at the same time I am doing an 85 suburban, 2 Wheel Dr. Three-quarter ton this one I am putting the 5.9 Cummins in with an Allison 545 automatic I love the diesels of old I will stay away from all the new diesels with DEF too much shit to go wrong. The suburban will be the Dailey driver, while the 1 ton is being built specifically as an expedition vehicle with a camper on the back. Old school the way to go the hell with all this electronic BS. Keep the K30
If your using it for work go for the more reliable of the two. If not I’d keep the K30 since you’ll probably never be able to find another in that condition with the customization.
keep the k30 especially how rare those vehicles are right now and it's sentimental the durmax has more things that will go out than the square body and square body's are cheaper to keep running than durmax especially with the 12v
I would sell the new one. You can always get a new one. Knew a guy that had a 70 f250 beautiful truck!!, day after he sold it he tried to buy it back they told him no. And you might need a tax write off for the business.
Looks great. questions I have are what transmission and transfer case are in it, the the disk brake on the back of the transfer case is a e brake? is it cable driven? I'm lookin for ways to e brake my dana 70 if i do a disk brake conversion. Have you decided on selling? is so how much?
It has the getrag 360 with np205 out of a first gen. The e brake is cable driven. And ya I had to sell it. Fell on hard times but would love to build another one one day
dang to late for me. I'm currently building pretty much the exact truck. the only difference is I'm using the g56. the reason I ask about the e brake is I'm trying to decide to do disk brake conversion on my dana 70 or change to a newer axle with disk brakes and factory e brake. If i convert mine i haven't been able to find a good solution for the e brake, do you remember the details on that e brake system? @@Mr_Get_Muddy
Don't sell either 😭 buttttt after driving new age trucks and towing with an old 5.9 compared to a new 6.7, the newer trucks just pull harder. And are more comfy 👍
Lol... I'm actually surprised that the state of California still lets you drive that old smoker, I thought they were making it so everything had to be 2013 or newer? That being said I'm very interested in buying that truck, here in Idaho they let us roll coal and would fit in here perfectly.
Bro if I had to make any suggestions start a a youtube channel on the conversion I wish I had done it back when I built mine. But message me on Instagram and I can tell you more about the conversions
@@Mr_Get_Muddy lol you cant go wrong with it! i got my 87 and im never selling it not tht many left driving the roads of cali ...ive only seen 1 other 1ton crew cab in the last 4 years.
@@Mr_Get_Muddy that's great news to hear. But hey I had to try. LoL keep up the great content and don't get rid of that square body it's a beauty when you see more of it on the channel 👍🏽🇺🇲
badass truck! nothing like those old trucks, back when everything wasn’t plastic lol
At least she has a track next door. 🤙
OG Ikaika helmet? SOLD!! lol 😆 🤣 sick truck, Keep it!
This intro music with a preview of the video is so badass, keep up the awesome work guys.
Thank you
Ya buddy Strungout, Face to Face, No Use For a Name still all on the playlists 🤘🏼
Keep the k30 one of a kind no def or emission problems and after you start a 12 valve you don’t even need electricity plus it scores 💯 on the cool factor!👍
Its always good to have a backup truck. I'm sure you learned that with your peterbilts
I would keep the K30. I'm preparing to do a cummins swap into my 90 suburban so it is safe to say I'm partial to it. I love what you did with it regardless.
I really wish Incould have kept it but needed the money pretty bad. So she had to go 😔
Sweet K30! I’d shed a few tears too if I had to part ways with a build like that.
For all the work and money put into the Chevy you will have a hard time finding another one. The newer Denali is easy to come by. Your interior is all custom too.
That's kind of how I feel..... I got some other projects I could use the cash dollaz on.
Gotta keep the square body. You can find a new truck anywhere cant find another truck you’ve put that much time into. Plus like you said it’s your favorite one
That k30 is a beast! I wouldn't want to have to make that decision!

With the truck market the way it is right now you will make money selling the new one.
I would keep the k30 but I am younger. Also long term the K30 would be more reliable than the Denali. That is definitely a tough decision
keep the cummins swap! new trucks are everywhere. you can get a new one anytime.
Easy call man, the k30 is awesome and lots of work to replace. New truck lots of dinero but easily replaceable
Keep the flat bed for sure nice build
I personally would sell the denali. They are easier to find. But on the other hand the denali rids better, and tow better than the k30 does. But it is all up to you. You know what is best for you and your company. Cool video!
Keep the square body looks like lots of time and money invested hard to get that back out of it especially the time
I would just keep the K30 honestly. Like you said it’s one of a kind. But I understand that it’s a shame just having it sit there. I’m all for keeping it lol
I would keep the k30 in the blink of an eye and have no problem selling the newer truck.
Keep the K30!!!!!!
Great video would have liked to bought squarebody and bring to Texas.
The minute you sell the k30… instant regret
Keep it as a ranch truck and your Denali as the travel family or work truck
You should keep the new Denali
With that being said I’ll buy the k30 and to sweeten the deal I got a first gen single cab 93 12 valve 4x4

Sweet truck!
Keep the k30
And make videos with it
Could help grow the channel
New paint vid
New wheels vid
New suspension vid
Towing vids with it
That might be an idea 💡 I need to figure some stuff out we are trying to build a couple things out at my ranch and need some cash dollaz for it.

Dude, keep the it and sell the new one. Can't replace that one.
I like that tachometer, would I need to get the entire kodiak guage cluster or could I just put the 1 guage into a normal squarebody guage cluster
Its the entire kodiak cluster I believe
I wish I still had the truck, but I got real poor last year and had to sell it. Maybe I can build another cool truck here in a little bit.
@@Mr_Get_Muddy I mean, I've got a few of them if you're looking to get back into one...
Any crew cab k30s ?
@@Mr_Get_Muddy no, I've got a standard cab C30, K20 Burb and a longbed C10.

Keep the k30!
Hey whats up I had a question. Does the AB5 law affect dump truckers like you?
Thank you. 🙏🏻
AB5 did not really affect Truckers it would have made things way to complicated.
I say keep both and once or twice a week drive the K30
How many miles on 12valve motor
What would you have to have out of the k30?!?!
I've got it up for 28k
