I agree I think Tengen will retire. I can imagine him with his arm in a sling with an eye patch (I believe he did lose his left eye in that last skirmish). Congrats Tengen you're one of the greatest next to Rengoku.

Uzui is HARDCORE, to lose a hand like that and still be in such high spirits, he charged into that fight with gusto, wow. And for real, I cant think of another anime fight scene as good as this. Every time they screamed at each other, their moves got faster and faster and faster, like wow, EXHILARATING. There was a lot of tension in this episode, because no one really got out of it unscathed. Im probably going to watch this episode over again
nah this was 100% one of the best anime fight scenes in history, the animation was fucking breathe taking.

GYUTARO activated the blood demon "The Rotating Circular Slashes" just before he was decapitated. However, GYUTARO was decapitated and "The Rotating Circular Slashes" went out of control and went wild as if it had exploded at maximum in a chaotic manner.

This episode went way beyond my imagination even contends against the movie, just wow. And Tanjiro starting to get more super saiyan and tattoos woop woop.

We definitely will! The only reason we use the 1 earbud is because we live in a 1st-floor apartment next to a main road so we get lots of interruptions from cars, sirens, neighbors, etc. Using 1 earbud lets us listen for the interruptions and pause the video before it ruins yalls viewing experience.

In 1913, the area was damaged by an extensive fire, and further damaged to the point of near-obliteration a decade later by the 1923 Great Kantō earthquake. this time period is meant to be depicted in the show, and you may chose either one of these 2 disasters to "justify" the battle. pretty cool when real time events are inserted into fictional stories.

Tengen's Musical Score technique is like his ace in the hole. It takes serious time to develop as he learns his opponents attacks. Its such a brilliant thing that shows his ability as a Hashira compared to other slayers

I don’t think the hashiras would just kick him out just for that he won them this fight against an upper rank. But they said a few eps ago they were gonna retire after defeating an upper rank so he’ll prolly step away.
Im just glad the whole district is destroyed no more slavery , no more mean people ... And hopefully the survivors are free from their masters and able to live as they want .
Seems like no much people really understand what the “entertainment district” is, you are the only one that I have seen in many reaction videos to mention it. Bottom line is… slavery and prostitution of under young girls. What the manga did and the anime expressed so well is the utter destruction of this symbol.

This district was the worst thing in the anime , the symbolization of protstitution and exploitation of young boyd and girls , more people are born in that district are already slaves to the owners of their parents , the anime did good to destroy that symbol and showing that human kind can be cruel than demons themselves!
I see what she meant about Tengen still being a beast which is but he can't quite be hashira level with one hand. This last fight he was able to go out only because of the musical score technique where he uses sound breathing to read the rhythm of the fight with his hearing, but this takes awhile to develop so he has to fight the opponent for a while.
The scar on his forehead that enlarges is called the Mark of Demon Slayer, only a few people can reach this level. They are then able to gain superior physical strength and sense everything around them such as the heartbeat, the flow of air, or weak points in the demon's body.

His scar wasn't getting bigger the whole show it only changed during final selection when the hand demon hit him and the fox mask broke on his forehead and now when he powered up it changed

I think a lot of ppl ask this 2 questions , here is my explanation :
---how did inosuke keep up with zenitsu Godlike speed ?
if you return back to 18: 22 in ep 17 you will see that zenitsu wasnt going fast in one line rather he was going in circles and he started to slow down bc of tiredness so that how inosuke kept up
---how did tangiro keep up with tengen sama speed ?
while fighting they were going forward and backward , tengen sama attacked the villain gyutaru and pushed him forward and then gyutaru attacked him back and pushed him backward before we see their duo-fighting scene
thats what i understood after watching this epic episode for more than 5 times already

Tengen’s swords explodes whenever it hits anything thats why there are so much explosions. I dont know why they haven’t explained it as they explained it in the manga

Don't confuse flame breathing with Sun breathing. Manga-readers know how absolute and OP the Sun breathing is. Tanjiro managed to slice Gyuutaro like a butter is because of Sun breathing.

Imagine Demon Slayer was that one anime where the mc dies early. And the rest of the team carry on the fight and slowly dies off too. A great story but it lacks depth. Only now is reality kicking in for consequences of main characters but I doubt they won’t heal it out tbh
