Hello Zosia! Can you tell me about the Financial statement in detail? because I am applying for this year and I also want to know about part-time jobs around campus? BTW I can't speak the Korean language.

Also you need to make sure your job time is according to visa restrictions.

Hey first i like your channel and i'm a subscriber !! I just wanted to ask u if the english language test is important for me since my first language isn't english And does my score really matters for submission ! Waiting for your reply .. thank u ^^
Hi, english test score is quite important to send, but it is alright if the score is not necessarily too high. To be honest, KAIST has low requirements when it comes to the English Proficiency Tests scores - you can check them on their admission site in requirements.
@@ZosiaZamoyska Due to coronavirus, This year my national A-level exam was cancel and the grade will be decided based on previous school exam and grade...Will kaist accept this grade?
Hey, nice video, it is very informative! Can i ask you few questions? Do you need to appostile your documents? And do you need to send the hard copies to korea? Or is it completely online? Thank you :))
If ever u get the scholarship but during your study in korea u have low grade in 1st or 2nd semester can they take away ur scholarship? Hope u notice it.
In KAIST, scholarship is renewed yearly. So it’s basically certain for first year (and second most likely), afterwards it depends on GPA. But it’s easy to keep the GPA and they wouldn’t take your whole scholarship away right away, only partially.
Hi Zosia ! last question, is it nessarsary to submit our national university entrance exam, or is the SAT enough and if you could please tell me about the policies arround the recommendation letter, like teacher's signature, school seal. Thanks have a Great Day
SAT is enough. The recommendation letter is done fully online, your teacher will have to fill the recommendation through the link. You can check sample recommendation letter form on admission page.
Hello, you can check the questions for SOP and write your answers ahead the application for yourself here: admission.kaist.ac.kr/intl-undergraduate/application-forms/
Hi! Unfortunately I didn't find any graduate application forms examples, but you can try to refer to the undergraduate ones: admission.kaist.ac.kr/intl-undergraduate/application-forms/ or check the documents description for graduate admission under this link: admission.kaist.ac.kr/intl-graduate/required-application/
I don’t think SAT substitutes the English Proficiency Test, but to be sure you should ask KAIST admission office. Because of current situation, they do not require tests with submission.
I have a question . Do physics classes in kaist are in English or korean ? Does kaist have a large number of international students? Is getting into kaist is hard ? Please answer me these questions 😭😭😭😭😭
Hi! All classes are in english except some humanities, so you don't have to worry:) There is many international students, I can say that on a freshman year 5 out of 31 classes are 'international' and contain 75% of foreign students. Admission rate for international students in KAIST is about 20%.
Hello If I already requested for a English proficiency test exemption in the online application, do I still need to upload the English proficiency test report in the document section, because it states it's mandatory. I'm from a English speaking country btw.
Hi, I am not sure, but I think you can just skip, or upload some document saying you’re from English speaking country. Thats what my friend told me she did.
Hi I would like to ask you in my current city there is a math placement test and I scored 99% and my GPA in high school is 100% and a general science test with a score of 90% Do I have to take the SAT? Or just explain my previous tests to them?:(
You don't need to submit SAT - you can submit any standardised test and the guideline also mentions National Exam with explanation of the test. You also need to submit your grades from past two years, so you will have to include that:)
I was having this doubt, I researched about the international scholarship KAIST offers and it is said it is fully funded. Is it really full funded? I have seen you saying it is not. Just wanna make sure if its the same scholarship. The page I visited regarding the scholarship. scholarshiproar.com/kaist-university-scholarship/
Hi, yes, the international scholarship is fully funded, it covers the tuition fee and monthly stipend of 350,000 won per month. I am not sure what do you mean that you saw me saying it is not - I always said so in my comments. The scholarship is just scholarship, so it does not cover dormitory or food expenses, if that's what you mean.

@@aroraabir1001 Yes, every student gets full scholarship. No partial scholarships. KGSP and KAIST scholarships are separate and you can get one only. They have different rules, application process and amount of scholarship, so check it.
Hi! I hope you are doing well. I have a doubt regarding master's admission. I want to apply for Mathematics major; if I have taken the GRE Math subject test (not GRE general test), is it acceptable in KAIST?
Hello! I haven’t done a graduate application, but according to the website, GRE can be submitted as an optional document (certificate). The guideline doesn’t restrict the tests you may submit, so I don’t think it is a problem. admission.kaist.ac.kr/intl-graduate/required-application/
They mention GRE as an example, but it might be because it’s a website that explains admission to all majors. So submitting GRE subject should be fine as well.
Can i ask something?? Did you go there by scholars and is it hard to get a scholars and what kind of questions do they asked and if they look for a good GPA. Thanks you very much if you reply me😊😍

By teacher recommendation you mean recommendation of professor from kaist or your own university? And if it means that of kaist, then how can one get it

@@ZosiaZamoyska Hi, thank you for sharing. However, I found that the scholarship allowance seems to be low, is that enough as per your experience? Or is there anything students can do to get extra allowance?
Does it seems to be low? Well, Korea is expensive country, but those money are well enough for a student to pay for their monthly expenses for sure. You can do some extra work on campus easily too, so there are more chances to get money.
I think it is a very subjective 9, haha. I think it is a very good school with many opportunities to learn and practice the knowledge you get here. Students can be very competitive, but I think it's everybody's own choice if they want to participate in the grades race.
@@ZosiaZamoyska Oh wow, that sounds good! By the way, this is a funny question, but is it hard to make friends there? And does KAIST offer Korean Language classes too?
I don't think it is too hard to make friends! During first year you participate in a program every two weeks with your class, make friends, have fun, go out together. There are proctors, who care and answer any of your university life problems and questions. About Korean classes - yes, there is a "Korean Language Camp" and also usual Korean classes during the semester.

There is an international kitchen for students and you can cook there!

You just need to upload documents online. Hardcopy needs to be submitted only after yoy get admitted, couple of days before the semester starts.

Hi, english test score is quite important to send, but it is alright if the score is not necessarily too high. To be honest, KAIST has low requirements when it comes to the English Proficiency Tests scores - you can check them on their admission site in requirements.

Hey! You only need to make appstile after getting in & you bring those documents in personally when you arrive to Korea for the first semester :)
Zosia Zamoyska thank you so much for the information! Have a nice day! :)
We have to translate documents from Korean embassy or we can just get them translated from any translator?
It can be any certified translator

I did, I also submitted my National Exam predicted results :)

SAT is enough. The recommendation letter is done fully online, your teacher will have to fill the recommendation through the link. You can check sample recommendation letter form on admission page.

I don’t think SAT substitutes the English Proficiency Test, but to be sure you should ask KAIST admission office. Because of current situation, they do not require tests with submission.
Plz send the KAIST page link
Hi do kaist only accept international level certificates? How about zonal or provincial levels?😊
That’s a bit unspecific, but a translated to English certificate can be helpful too. But your question is not specifying the case.
is there a way to upload extra documents on the submission page?
There is an 'extra' document section.

Hello
If I already requested for a English proficiency test exemption in the online application, do I still need to upload the English proficiency test report in the document section, because it states it's mandatory. I'm from a English speaking country btw.

I am looking for their full scholarship
You don't need to submit SAT - you can submit any standardised test and the guideline also mentions National Exam with explanation of the test. You also need to submit your grades from past two years, so you will have to include that:)
The scholarship is for every student who gets in!:)

The page I visited regarding the scholarship.
scholarshiproar.com/kaist-university-scholarship/
Hi, yes, the international scholarship is fully funded, it covers the tuition fee and monthly stipend of 350,000 won per month. The scholarship is just scholarship, so it does not cover dormitory or food expenses, if that's what you mean.

Hi Zosia!
I’m currently studying in a university of my country as a freshman, can I apply for undergraduate scholarship at KAIST? ~thanks in advance.
Hi! Yes, there is no reason you can’t!
By teacher recommendation you mean recommendation of professor from kaist or your own university? And if it means that of kaist, then how can one get it
From the school I was attending back then. So it should be a teacher from your high school or current university.
Did you have an interview before they accepted you?
Yes, I did! But not many people do.
If i have ielts but score is 6 but they are expecting 6.5 what should I.. ? Should I add in documents or it will negative poiny

What r the chances of getting a scholarship at undergrad as an international student
Every admitted student gets scholarship
@@ZosiaZamoyska Hi, thank you for sharing. However, I found that the scholarship allowance seems to be low, is that enough as per your experience? Or is there anything students can do to get extra allowance?
Does it seems to be low? Well, Korea is expensive country, but those money are well enough for a student to pay for their monthly expenses for sure. You can do some extra work on campus easily too, so there are more chances to get money.
Question! On a scale from 1 to 10, how would you rate the level of KAIST as a good school? Are the students very competitive?
