Hello Sarika, I read about setting up a company in the UK but there’s a clause it says we need to know someone who is UK resident or a PR holder and therefore we can do a self sponsor otherwise it is not possible. Please let me know if this information is right? Thanks 😁

Instead you can choose UK sole representative visa to register overseas company in the UK.

It's not as costly as it may not be as costly as it's shown by agencies and solicitors. There are lot of activities in it that candidates can do on their own. We have a corporate bank account in Tide. It's not a registered bank. Will 12 month statement of TIDE good for application? Or we need a high street bank ? We have submitted signed accounts last year as well. We have a three star hygiene Rating on score on the Door. Are we good ?
