Led by Jason Max Ferdinand and The Aeolians

Excellent seminar! After not having led a choir for a number of years, I have been offered a position to lead a top notch group in my area, so I have been rethinking and preparing for that first rehearsal. Many of the things that were discussed and demonstrated here are things which I also espouse. This session really helped me to focus on what I want to do. Thank you.

"The drive, the plan, the grind, sacrifice, the payoff." This is the testimony of my life. This statement that Jason has noted is true..."There will always be people that will not like what you do." I believe this is where the five prior statements come to life in ones journey. Thanks Jason!

All former Young 6 members,(alive and now deceased),to which Dr Max Ferdinand was a proud member of, we have had a good run and have received from the Lord the very best of Dr Ferdinand in those formative years of vocal precision. God bless you Dr Ferdinand.

Monica's conducting was fabulous as well. It was so organic!
Just look at the 5 seconds after 34:56 and notice the almost perfect exponential decay in volume at the end of the phrase, and how her conducting directly influenced it.

Did the audio tech not hear the extra guy singing in the mic who isn’t a part of the choir? I’m embarrassed as a former music student at Calvin! And, the piano micd, but not one mic on the choir. Oh my!😂😂😂
