In 1997 I was still playing my Super Nintendo with amazing games such as Donkey Kong Country 3 and Alpha 2. Yes, some people claim it's a bad version, but for me it was really impressive at the time, and I still play it to this day. I'm glad Capcom kept supporting the SNES until the end of its lifespan
Bad version? This game was a technical marvel. Developers are too lazy and not clever enough to pull off ports like this on severely underpowered hardware.
Absolutely, Alpha 2 on SNES is the version i played most. Alpha 3 on PS2 might be my favorite Street Fighter game, i have a different favorite fighting game but for Street Fighter, Alpha 3 is the best 😄👍
That was not a loading time for the SNES version, it was a programming error of the audio files priority order, that is fixed by fans and can be found online!
It's pretty good by bootleg standards, one of the more control responsive entries. Nice graphics conversion, audience of giants aside heh. One hell of an intro on that one, high quality effort. :D Less push to make the biggest sprites EVER on Famicom which I think helped with the keyframe bankswitching needs and produced moderately less flicker. I think they probably should have letterboxed the bottom of window as well just to reduce the background scale more favorably to the fighters, could have used it to depict the super bar just like the life bar.
I seen a generic game console that was just a N64 controller and it had these street righters in it. I told the guy it was way too expensive for a bootleg.
I am still happy to this day that street fighter alpha / zero 2 is even out what so ever at all. In recent years they have made patches to overclock the speed of the game causing little to no pausing and also OST swaps as well for the snes version . Let alone the recent in years hidden Shin Gouki / Akuma that can be unlocked after beating the game with the proper 3 letter character arrangement of letters when successfully beating a play through
I played the first Street Fighter Alpha game on PS4 part of the 30th Anniversary Edition. I haven't played Alpha 2 and 3 yet, though as I only played Street Fighter 1 (which I'm totally never ever playing again), Street Fighter 2, Street Fighter 2: New Challengers and Street 3 series.
Zero 2 SNES is the perfect Street Fighter game, except for the music, the original SF2 intro and all music from levels to lost match, etc are epic. I wonder why Street Fighter gave up their original epic music from SF2?
While an impressive achievement for an 8bit conversion...its execution is horrendous. It's definitely interesting to see how far these pirated games can go!
Being a bootleg it has issues, surely the lack of M. Bison and recycling the 9 characters is cheap, but you can't help feel that technically it's impressive. Had this been a licensed game and appeared earlier, 4-5 years, the 8-bit era would've lasted longer. In the West I mean.
You all know that never happened the game was never released on NES it was on Super Nintendo capcom isn’t dumb enough to put their games on consoles that fail

Games like Fatal Fury 2 and Mortal Kombat II were the reason why Street Fighter lost confidence in their tournament-based plots, particularly in the movies, series, and comic book adaptations.
Im listening to this side by side with the Lady Decade video on the same subject and so far the script is virtually identical. They're even using the same gameplay clips when they hit the same points. I feel like this youtube couple is cheating a bit.
the only down side about hummer team games are their music it just sucks ass. If they could add some good music to these games they would actually be really nice.
Indeed, sometimes we repackage content so that it can reach wider audiences if we feel it fits the trend of each channel at the time. I see it like releasing something on the PS4 then later the Switch lol.

Those loading times could rival the neo Geo cd though
@@Gairith The crazy thing is, it wasn't even a load time, just a coding error with the audio.

Mario RPG, Alpha2, Hangtime
Looks shockingly playable
Thanks for all the great content!! I also share your love of Dan Hibiki!! Seeing him get some nods warms my heart!!😄👍👍

I was expecting a Bootleg Sakura called "Cherry Blossom".
I love the Street Fighter Alpha games

Alpha 3 is the best...if you want the absolute best 2d fighter go capcpm vs snk 2....hands down that is the absolute best 2d fighter ever made
@@jakoclown4175 I should definitely try Alpha 3 tonight. Is Capcom vs SNK remastered to the new gen consoles such as Xbox one and PS4?

Black market NES Street Fighter. Neat.
Yeeeaaahhhh!! Excellent as always my brother.
You have to look for the Street Fighter 2 made by Parisoft. It make any other Street Fighter for NES like a childs play...
Also Hummer team also did NES versions of Sonic 1 and even a popular bootleg Sonic game they did this is basically Mario and Sonic 1 called samari.
Honestly I played a crap out of Street Fighter Alpha on the GBC, talk about an 8 bit official version of a Street Fighter Alpha game!
Akuma, Dan, Hunk, and Tofu really ought to be in every Capcom game.
Wow!
That looks crazy good for NES.
You're a little too harsh on these bootleg creators. At least they had the balls to try to ports over these games
Shuryoken....Hodaken
Pegasus... Yay :) greetings from Poland :)

The SNES port's music doesn't do justice to the arcade originals
thats kind of incredible. Where they mess up , is with all the selectable characters, even gameboy would chop like a 3rd of the roster.
What’s next? 3rd strike form the NES or SNES?

Super Fighter III is the best SFII bootleg by far.
Dan IS THE GREATEST STREET FIGHTER!!! S tier All the way!!!😄👍👍
Thanks to gameboy color this port looking good for this hardware
Yeaaaaaaah
So who is Raiyu, Mr. Top Hat?

Still a million times better than the amiga version of sf2.
Damn Lady Decade
❤️
More bootleg Capcom fighting game, and this one’s from the Alpha series. There’s an SNES version of this but that one was made by Capcom.
Yeah I enjoyed this one

It must be so monotonous for you having to recap Street Fighter with every one of these off-brand videos. 😆
