Hi! Just make sure that you actually tap or click on the area you want

Hi! I noticed the same thing on my PC. Simply select the clip. Press the video tab, press basic (you’ll see ‘position & size’) and to the right of each option is a diamond shape! That’s your key frame symbol. Hope that helps :)
