Lately, mentally, I have been feeling this same way. Just roll over and fall back to sleep. Mentally I have been in such a bad place lately even though things have actually been going well. I just got a raise, I've lost 30 pounds over the past 6 months, and I just can't really feel happy about anything. This helped me get that boost to get out of bed and start living.
