@@joshuaboyd487 I disagree. I've only experienced a couple minor bugs, none of them were in the cutscenes and none were game breaking. I'm having a blast playing this game. It's far less scary than dying light one, but definately not worse. The only underehelming things for me were: Cobat; Just like in dying light 1, combat vs zombies is mostly just flailing your weapon at them. I was hoping for mad combo's with clean animations. Skills; a lot of skills aren't cool/poweful enough to make you really look forward to unlocking them. (Parkour skills are pretty nice, but combat skills are just not really exciting overall)
I might be late to comment this but here's a list of bugs I've encountered so far (on the Xbox One series S): -Audio will randomly "explode", resulting in only hearing a buzzing noise, this will only go away by fully restarting the game. -A nightrunner safehouse in the lower dam ayre of the map will always show up grey colored aka "location not completed". -A black question mark remains at Jack and Joe's camp. So far as I can tell it's the same kind of question mark as the hideout near the Fish Eye and "the sniper" during the mission "snipers alley" (I think it's called that). This will always be on the map. Forever. -A UV-light is always marked on the hud. It will always be the UV light at the cathedral near the metro station of Saint Paul Island. -The sidequest "double time" will always reset even though I've already completed it. -The sidequest "The deserter" cannot be completed due to the fact that Meyer is invisible. This only happened so far because I did the sidequest called "Black widow" before this. I have a couple more but these that are more involved in the parkour aspect of the game but these are the worst one's for me right now.

imagine spending years of your life scripting scenes, recording lines, motion capturing a scene with actors, modelling every single object in the scene, texturing everything, adding sound effects and visual effects to the scene, then spending weeks cleaning up the animation by hand with a team of animators only for someone to purposely play the scenes like this.
with the Steve thing, I think your almost right, I would say the sound player is attached to the model, and since it got left behind, Steve is talking, but he is talking from the place where his model is. Same reason it sounded like Veronika was talking from the top of the Elevator
do streamers have a private modder that just pre-breaks games for them so they can go through with everything broken? 99% of the games I play either before or after watching everyone play it and it's broken run just fine

Yea but unlike all the broken AAA most of the bugs in this game can be fixed really easily by quitting to main menu or desktop/closing the game. ( only had audio issues so far but I was using Spotify so I didn't really notice)
I never have terrible glitches that ruin the experience or ruin the game. It sucks that usually the rarest bugs/glitches happen to super popular youtubers/streamers and most of the time it throws people off from actually buying the game.
