Fr I think I watched ninjago like 20 times all seasons
I won't spoil anything, but if I could describe this season, this was like a mix of Mortal Kombat + Squid Game before Squid Game became a thing, just without the gore and brutality of course. This might be one of the best seasons of the show as it really opens the doors to so much worldbuilding in the show, expanding on the different Elemental Masters out there, exploring Ninjago's lore and history around the Serpentine War and developing characters like Sensei Garmaddon, Kai, Zane etc...
Chen is also one of the funniest and most entertaining villains of the show., the dude is such a foul menace and slimy schemer.
This is considered one of the best Seasons btw
Also after Season 4, a semi canon handheld game called Shadow of Ronin came out, you don't have to watch it however it introduces a character who shows up in Season 5 and the show treats it like you know this character, also the game explains something that happened between Season 3 and 4
