But how would she react if those were HUMAN shoulder chops? "These were the shoulders of a girl. Look what we do to people." It is preposterous. Humans simply cannot identify with animals our hominid ancestors always viewed as prey the same way we do with dogs, for instance. My family owned a dairy farm, and when they had to slaughter a cow that stopped giving milk, it was always very humane, she felt no pain, and every single part of the animal was used for something. Bone and tooth meal to nourish the crops, hide for leather, hooves for gelatin (which we need for medicine capsules), the organs were eaten, the blood made into blood sausage (which is extremely nutritious), the meat sold to feed my aunts and uncles. Veganism is lunacy. What she is doing to her dog is absolute abuse and will unalive that animal. Canines are carnivores, they do eat some vegetable matter (my dogs would occasionally steal vegetables from the garden), but they need meat as at least 90% of their diets, especially raw meat with tons of fats. Cats are hyper-carnivores that need only meat in their diet. These animals are predators that have a prey drive. They eat the organs and brains of prey because they are full of fats which they breakdown to give them energy much more efficiently than humans. They need to eat the intestines because they are full of collagen that keeps their skin and vascular system healthy. This is just absurd and this woman is insane. Like Mr. Spock said "All animals feed on death, even vegetarians". I will never be a vegetarian again.
