😍 How to create Spherical Tesseract Shape in Adobe Illustrator Tutorial

Hello world, In this video, I've shown you the way to create this 3d spherical tesseract shape in adobe illustrator. I saw tesseract altered state music album cover and I got an idea to make this video tutorial to create one by yourself. I made this in spherical shape but I'd like to see YOUR takes with other shapes like square etc..

Staggering how complex Adobe has made using their tools. How many people must need to take a pattern and wrap it onto a 3D object, yet here we have at least a half hour and 20+ steps. I’ve been using Illustrator at a professional level for 20 years, and would still have to make notes to remember the steps defined here. Clever ideas and smart work-arounds that are anything but intuitive... then Adobe doesn’t even make their own tutorial videos that are worth anything. Staggering mis-management that can only come from an entrenched monopoly. Great thanks to VectorSlate.

Hi, I'm trying to follow this on my AI. And, not sure why, but when I try to apply the Symbol within the 3D FX, it just won't appear on the object? I have some other symbols that come with AI installed that work fine, jut not the one that I've tried to create following along to your video. Any suggestions?

Yes. Sometimes illustrator doesn't render mapped symbol when it's too large in compared to mapping area, and when it is on some particular area in mapping zone. So try scaling down the symbol while mapping. And try moving it. Because there *is* some area, if your symbol is onto that area, AI won't render it.
