Then Izuku can start manipulating people like Power Loader and Mei for gear and Snipe for training their underlings. Of course Izuku will manipulate all the UA staff to have them rapped around his fingers but those will be the ones they recruit to their ranks, and Izuku would be the main one running all the experiments and plans. They will most likely also manipulate villains and vigilantes such as Stain, Queen bee or Giran, Queen bee will probably be related to koda so they will try and manipulate him as well.
