He's a snare drummer & pride of Philippine Drum Corps and I myself was a member and drum arranger of the Hall of Fame, The 27th Lancers..
we play that song in my marching band....well in the stands in football games....and i never knew they had marching bands and bugle corps in the philippines but i have to say its nothing compared as stuff here in america XD
