Hello , I have done a vlog regarding my Ireland application -and timeline. You can refer to it if u want😊 but that was a while ago, I applied back in 2017
Hi, i'm from Australia and i just would like to know if you guys have the covid 19 vaccine mandatory? It's a big deal in here unfortunately it's hard to keep a job if you don't get the boosters over and over and over 😢, if you can respond to me that would be lovely, thank you 😊
Hello there! Hmmm. During the height of thempandemic we all got the vaccines. But recently like personally I didnt get the booster last year. So its not mandatory anymore like before.
Hi wanna ask lang po. I recently got my desired score for ireland. 1 have only 1 year and 3 months working exp sa isang tertiary hospital here in the Philippines. Kasi narinig ko pag less than 2 years, home care nurse sha. Pls enlighten me 😊
Hello ALLYSA! I don’t know whats the requirements now pag nag apply from the Philippines. When we applied way way back required is 2 years above clinical experience. But i think it depends on which hospital ka mag apply ang some agencies sa Philippines mahigpit sila regarding clinical experience. I think you should still go for it and try ang submit your cv and apply for your preferred area , its up to you naman if i aacept mo ang home care.
Hello Peter! It depends on the institution or hospital. Some require the Aptitude Test, some the adaptation. I really dont know why? But thats how it is. The agency will tell u anyway what the hospital will require.
Hi sir ' kindly your advise I am in week 4 of clinical adaptation with theory I am in week 6' my preceptor very mean and doing her best to fail me please your advice . Do I have right to request changing the unit' I really depreciation about whole situation
Hi Asha, I am really sorry you’re feeling that way , I do believe that in some hospitals preceptors are strict, but that’s for a good reason I suppose. i think the best solution is for you talk to your preceptor, there should be an evaluation every 2 weeks, you should sit down and talk about your progress, your strength and your weaknesses and work on your competencies. Dont quit because it’s hard. Work harder and prove them that you can do it. I know you can! Because you wont be here if you can’t. Im really hoping the best for you.
@BoyetVentura my preceptor only worked with me 2 times first of December we did initial meeting then next time I saw her 18 December so when she was doing intermediate meeting she said alot of negative comments she said her colleagues told her ' and she is soo mean not strict . It really sad with long experience I had in uae '14 years 'she treated me like that I am understanding she is racist. I heared no benefit of complaining . Any idea if I have right to request change my unit. Thank you alot
@@ashasaid7246 hi,Im not sure what or what you’re not allowed to do , but that’s something you have to communicate within your department and find what your options are. There is no harm in trying to request for a change in unit. But you will meet people who are difficult no matter where you go. Hopefully you get sorted with your adaptation.
This is so helpful sir. Mag adaptation po ako this coming November:)

San ka po nag-adaptation program? Sa mismong unit mo na po?
Hello J! Hindi eh, sa High Depency nila ako pinag adaptation , then after sa ICU ako inilagay.
Sana may radiographer din mag vlog jan😅
Heheh. Oo nga no. Parang wala pa ko nakkta. Bhira ata radiographer na pinoy dito. May nakita ko isa sa Galway hdhehe. Happy siya
Hi just wanna know about the salary or pay during the adaptation period...??
Hello, the pay will be pre registered rate. If Im not mistaken around 18 eur /hr
Everyone must do adaptation in Ireland after getting the pin NMBI?

@@BoyetVentura is the test like cbt test they take in the UK?

Haha it means a lot of things. Mostly, whats up? It means what’s happening , any story? Like that
Craic, not crack. It means what's going on, more or less.
Hi Sir i just want to ask while nagsstart ka sa adoptation program if they pay you??.
TIA
They will. Parang student rate /pre -registration rate
