I think Montréal alouettes do a great job with the 3-4 technique! Would be awesome to see some of it explained in a game at Montreal or even the grey cup had high camera coverage!

Late to the party Coach, great video. Thoughts on playing a Tri-lock coverage to retain more of the American core of the 3 Safety look?

I would absolutely play tri lock along with quarters from this look! One of my favourite parts of the structure!

Coach, you may have gone over this in your video, do you have any alignment rules for the Star Safety? Also, another question, base rules for the Star is to match the RB on Pass/QB player vs Zone Read?

Hey Coach! Correct on all fronts. You can play with the depth and specific alignments of the star but I’d want them at 7-9 yards stacked on the back.
