I really thought they were going to go full homer with pasta. The dude is amazing but knocking drai for mcdavid and not mentioning pasta playing with marchand and bergeron was rough lol also the first 2 years of drai's career being rushed into the nhl really hurts his ppg stats.

Plus pasta used to be mainly goal scorer who kinda recently started peaking his nose to play making. Drai has been both for years now. Also one more thing… how did they not go over the playoffs stats? That moment the argument would end in a second. Bc healthy 29 in PO is on par with 97 and often even better. Like this year until the broken ribs and finger(s) he was the best oiler on the ice. Yeah true. Not to mention Pasta has never been on an actual bad team. While during the early years of 97&29 careers they basically had just each other.
Loved this, really enjoyed all the videos you guys have done this summer. Please keep them coming. Only comment I’d make is it would be cool if after you put a guy in a spot you also said where he was originally drafted because sometimes it’s hard to remember
Great vid, however, I would say that this is more of a ranking than a redraft. I think to redraft you have to consider where the teams were at the time and what they needed. Great list tho!
Jakub Vrana has his struggles and he was demoted more because of his problems then his game play but if you look at goals per game from the 2014 draft he’s near the top of goal scorers of this draft
What about Alex Nedeljkovic and Marcus Pettersson ?? Both were drafted in the 2nd round ans has been goood for the Pens, especially Pettersson on being with Karlsson last season. These two might have been better than Milano and Donato.
lol as much as I love Jakub he doesn’t make the list.. he isn’t in the league anymore and is only 29.. if he stayed clean or whatever maybe he could’ve become a 70ish point guy

he's not at all bad but the dude has hit 60 points one time, yes he has 2 cups but you dont draft depth/role players at the top of the draft on purpose...putting Barbashev in the top of a draft would be just barely better than putting Darren McCarty at the top of a draft...
