    📊 WHAT IS POWER BI?
Power BI is a business analytics tool by Microsoft. It creates a working environment suited for normal users, meaning tasks such as data extraction, cleansing, analysis and storytelling; these are made easily-accessible to citizen-users, and extendable for technical users. At face value it provides visually-stunning, interactive dashboards, but it’s built on top of so much more.

instead of doing it in parameter, can we do the same in slicer, so that the end users can easily switch between diff data sources ?

It was an amazing lesson, straight to the point, and very educational. Thank you very much.

What if I want to use the Test and Prod data. I don't want it to overwrite the information that I have. Is this possible?

Hi, how can we change the source if the report is published in powerbi service which required schedule refresh. Could you suggest on this

The solution should still work, as long as the source files are stored in an online source (eg SharePoint, OneDrive, etc)

    Hi.
What if your dataset is a Power BI dataset?
Is it possible to parameterise the connection to different Power BI datasets. I have come to understand that best practice is to have separate Power BI datasets from the Power BI reports. This has all made sense to me until I have recently tried to implement Deployment pipelines. I can paramterise my conncetions within my model PBIX file, and then use the pipelines to change these connections from Dev, Test and Production.
However, for my report pipeline I cannot see how I can switch my reports to point from the dev model to the test model, and then the production model as the report is passed through the pipeline.
    Have I missed something obvious?
