Quite frankly, I don't even know if I could outline any specifics, but what I do know is that I let it all out. Unashamedly!! When I felt like Screaming, I did, Crying, I did. I tried/try not to internalize any emotions even if I had to isolate myself (because some folks will make you feel like you are doing too much). I just ignore them or cut them off. Grief is too deeply personal to create a standardized template - "one size fits all" healing methodology for. It is tough!! May God heal you and everyone of us grieving 🙏
Amen. All of those things are very helpful for sure. I believe that most often grief is something that we may cope through throughout out lives. I have experienced many deaths in my 39 yrs of life and it has had a deep impact upon my life. I am a graphic designer and most often I create obituary programs for customers. As I create beautiful things for them I also heal at the very same time. Creativity has helped me to heal, nature, God, music, reflection, walks at the lakefront, writing, communicating with others, love and hugs. Encouraging others also helps me also. I see that we are both channels that speak on grief. I believe its beautiful to share these kinds of conversations so we can all heal together. 💖🙏🏽

Amen! And so true you have to find what works for you. Holding it in is definitely not the answer as it shows up in your body.
