Im interested in doing something similar, so hearing a success story like yours gives me lots of inspiration, and I want to know more about how to get a good start like you did. Please tell me more about your story, like whether you completely read both books & how many other udemy courses you took before the interview or was it just colt steels book? +Devgan D HTML and CSS is a good place to start. Then JavaScript and what comes next will be a more informed decision. Good luck to you, you can totally do it!
Depends on the kind of developer you want to be. Web dev, learn HTML & CSS first, then JavaScript. HTML you can basically learn in a day or two. CSS a little longer, but not much, then real programming JavaScript. That will take a bit. If you want to dev apps for say phones, learn c++ and then look depending on what platform you want to focus on.
