This is a Yoga Lecture (which starts at 1:51 on the video) given by Himalayan Yoga Maharishi Shri Swami Dev Murti Ji at the Brent Indian Association in London, United Kingdom. This was originally a TV current affairs programme called "Out and About" on one of the "Zee TV" channels and had been recorded onto VHS cassette tape. The ownership and rights of Zee TV are fully respected and acknowledged. This short video has been transferred to computer format to make available the teachings of Swami Ji to a wider audience. Most of the lecture is in Hindi, but we hope to add English subtitles in future. A translation from Hindi to English is available here:
