How is it useless!? It’s the most compact PDW that’s worth a damn except for maybe the B&T, but that’s a blowback design and this is a piston system. It’s a duty quality pistol caliber rifle/pistol. It’s a great shooter and is the best looking PCC available. We all know looking cool is what it’s all about! All that said, I own one and use it as a bag gun every once in awhile, but I usually carry my 300blk Sig rattler with a suppressor as my bag gun. 300 blk has made the PCC less of an option because you get better ballistics, have subs and supers and the supers defeat all 3A and below body armor. It’s still useful if being compact and having the same caliber as your pistol is important in a given scenario. I love it and enjoy my friend. It’s not useless though unless you have the rattler!!! Lol 😂

556 does pierce body armor up to level 3 and with the right ammo, M855 or M855A1 it can pierce all the way up to level 3+. M855A1 is a great bullet and it’s my go to if SHTF. It’s expensive and hard to get but you only need about 500 rounds for a couple of combat load outs.
I have a CZ Scorpion. Got it last year. No problems. Mags and accessories are everywhere. I would like a B and T or Mp5 but its hard to justify the price on something that shoots 9mm. Seeing reports of the scorpion blowing up made me second guess my purchase. Even a guy came into a shop i worked at with a scorpion he got a week prior. Crack in the reciever and serial number plate blown off. We were sceptical on his claim he was shooting factory ammo as the case was a Winchester with a silver primer. Either bullet set back or lack of cleaning causing buildup not allowing the rount to properly headspace. And fire out of battery. I do like my scorpion. I dont think i will sell it. I do want a KUSA Kp9. Guns like the mpx scorpion b and T and the kp 9 are pupose built. As a close in defensive weapon. Easy to suppress and conceal. And less muzzle blast than a 5.56 with a 10.5 barrel. But they lack the part that makes them excellent at its intended purpose. Full Auto.
Traveled the same concerns/path as you. I ended up with two scorpions, an MP5k clone, and the MPX. I wasn’t impressed with the B&T and I was most disappointed in the QC and fitment of the MPX. However, I absolutely love my MKE MP5k clone. With that said, my scorpion micro is the gun that travels with me before any of the others. This may change in the future. The scorpion Is certainly not the refined gun the others are, but it’s never failed to fire and for the price I don’t mind stuffing it in a backpack. If you’re happy with the CZ, save the additional money and keep it. Looking back on my purchases, I do enjoy the higher-end guns but It’s still hard to justify the money.
I have the MPX 8 inch which isn't available anymore (short run) and have the Copperhead which people have a lot of hate for. I love both of these firearms, especially since I suppressed my Copperhead.
@@voodooreptiles3553 The MPX 8 inch was discontinued from Sig and not on their website. The Copperhead and K version (4 inch) are available. The 18 inch which is a competition model is available. If you find a 8 inch it's probably new "old" stock, grab it by all means!
I just recently purchased the same mpx. I was having accuracy issues with it not holding a decent group at around 25 yards with several different ammo brands. I made sure the barrel was torqued to spec and hoping that solves the issue
Is there any research done on the differences between Gen 2 and Gen 3?? I was offered a gen 2 mpx for purchase but I've been having trouble finding that info. Do you have any insight on that? Maybe you can do a follow up video on the topic? Thanks man! Great video!
The best way to quickly figure out if its a gen 2 or gen 3 is to count the "vent holes" on the upper receiver. If there are two on each side not counting the hand guard its a gen 3, if there are four it is either a gen 1 or 2. There are other differences but this is the quickest way to ID a gen 3.

Definitely not useless. Neither 556 nor 9mm can pierce body armor so I went with the one that suppresses well.
