Northland is the cradle of New Zealand and a beautiful region steeped in history and full of spectacular sights. Over the next 4 days, we will be exploring and eating our way through NZ's northern frontier. In this video we arrive in Paihia and try our hand at Parasailing, explore the beautiful 90 Mile Beach and gorge on some of the best pies we've ever had in NZ!

The waterfalls are fabulous, the parasailing looks fun. When I ate meat I made Adobo, learned the recipe from Anthony Bourdain's trip to the Philipines.
