I gotta agree with only ONE thing he mentioned. I do think people don’t understand the different aspects of debt such as carrying credit card debts vs owing money on a car that you’re paying off. If most of his debt is normal such as a car loan then i think it’s fine.

A car purchased on finance is essentially a loan with the finance secured against the asset. Mentioning the asset is pointless at this stage because it doesn't belong to you in any way until the DEBT is paid off, and even once you have the value of the car is much less than the total finance paid so it's a TERRIBLE asset to invest into beyond practicality.
So yes, until you have made all payments to legally OWN that asset (car), you are in DEBT to the loan provider.
He is right in that you need some financial stability to secure such large loans, but it's still a terrible investment. Also, he cannot guarantee streaming will continue providing long enough to repay all debt and thus he may never even own the asset in the end. Typical Rog behaviour tbh - bad financial decisions so he can stunt being wealthier than he actually is.
