- I'm taking a little look into my home-made DIY stoneage survival kit. in this episode, we venture into the woods to go back in time 5 thousand years.
I showcase some of the primitive stoneage handtools that I have made myself.
from neolithic axes, daggers and tools take a look at everything I need to survive the stoneage. Enjoy!

Love it! I would like to see 12 small game/bird snares ready to go for quick sets. Cordage fishing line with primitive hook. Dried meat, fruit, grain and a vessel (shell or clay) with render fat for light. Bone needle with prepared sinew thread. Super small (chop stick size stick 3 to 4 inches long)figure four with dried gut on trigger stick for catching mice at temp camp sight. All of that should fit in that nice bag.
Cheers, great tips. It's certainly a progressive kit that is ever building.
I have to be careful with snares and the legislation in the UK. I mention on the challenge video about bow hunting being illegal in the UK not just with stone points but also metal ones too.
It's a shame but there's lots I can do in terms of kit items because of the law but I'll definitely look at more vessels than just the coconut bowl.
I wanna make more bottles, containers and glue holders etc.

I was watching a show about lost & found on The Tube (subway) & the many strange things that have been left behind over the years. No doubt if you left that you should go claim it dressed as a caveman. You would shoot to the top of the list of strange articles left behind.

I know it's a shame, I really want to try and use real sinew on everything I make, definitely the way to go. I simply didn't have enough of it. Some of my items have real, some have artificial and some are a mix.
I definitely need to try and get some more.
