What a great kid Dariush is. Tony remains one of the toughest ever. Heel hooks and knee bars are the worst.

@@PalashaGabarra I believe that tony might have the strongest willpower of any fighter he’s ever fought, and in terms of toughness, you could probably bring tony to his deathbed during a fight and he probably wouldn’t give up. But it being a difficult fight itself? Yeah, I don’t think so. He clowned tony, and I really wanted tony to win. Big fan of el cucuy, but I’d be a bold faced liar if I said I didn’t really like beneil. Shame on everyone booing him, he fought brilliantly.
@@jagaloon14 I guess it depends on what he meant by "toughest." Not sure if he meant it in the sense that Tony provided him with the greatest challenge, or if he meant Tony is just really durable and hard to break.

Tony’s mental fortitude is out of this world. Its likely that his mental preparation is 2nd to absolutely none. His body just can’t keep up with the beatings he has taken. He was lucky he still had an arm after his fight with Oliveira, and he is lucky he still has a leg after Dariush. I hope he doesn’t let himself get beat up too much more

I respect the no quit mentality it's extremely rare but man from an outsider point of view it feels as if it's that mentality that's deteriorated his health from the constant damage.

I can't believe how people thought Tony could ever beat Khabib. Tony has some weird but good striking but come on guys, both good grapplers he faced took him apart - Dariush and before that Oliveira. His fight with Khabib would've ended with a first round submission.
Tony was a pretty good collegiate wrestler 15 years ago so for some reason people think that has some carry over to MMA
First off, prime Ferguson is totally different story, that’s why the fight was booked 5 times dummy, and you should know by now there’s no way someone’s beating him by submission
