I tried the recipe. But the product came out only light brown, instead of dark brown as shown here. Also it puffed up way too much. Is it because I used baking powder instead of baking soda? I steamed at max heat. Is that why it puffed up too high?
can use plain flour/cake flour instead of self-raising flour? If so, need to make adjustment to other ingredients, eg baking soda etc.? Thank you for reading..
