Thanks for the update! You've read so many great and bad books. My favorites so far this years, although not the best ever, are Elephant in the Brain by Kevin Simler and Robin Hanson and Supercommunicators by Charles Duhigg (a bit general though has a few gems).

Determined by Sopolsky is the book of the decade perhaps. His other books are good too.
