I did not see the thin thrust washer on my reverse idler just the thick one. Just checked my I&T manual and it says only some transmissions have 8N7029.
Any chance you could send me the cad files you used? I have a class presentation today j the 8N Transmission and would love to use them for dimensions and I will make figures for a report

Is there a reason the 9N 2nd and reverse slider gear 9N7101 is called out vs the 8N7101? Are they the same?
The main shaft front bearing is that press on.
yes it is a press fit
