I have this palette as well--the mattes are very nice but I was really disappointed in the shimmers. They are very sheer and don't show up at all--on me anyway and I use a very good primer. I like my shimmers to be rich and metallic.

You have to use them wet! They are insane gorgeous wet, get your brush wet with some setting spray. They’re more like pressed pigments then shimmer eyeshadow. You’ll love them after you try that!

did you prime your eyes beforehand? i tried this but I wasn’t able to achieve the brightness you have

Yes :) I use concealer and a translucent setting powder, P Louise also has a really good eyeshadow base:)

They’re like pressed pigments, but metallic when applied wet, and shimmery when applied dry. They’re thicker the man other shimmers
