I wish ET would do one dedicated to firefighters. I remember when i first listen to ET.. I was in fire school and i fail bad on my first try. Then i came back and demolished it and won an award as the best firefighter in the class. ET really changed my life and how i look at things. Now i'm a Firefighter/Paramedic. Thank you ET. 👍🏽🚒

Single mothers raising children who cant find a job because companies think no..... that one has children and still raising their children and let them smile every... single... day.
Real beasts are women who took the time to find a responsible man before having children. I'm not letting single mothers play victim. They made their choices. I could have been a single mother with no job but I choose to find a responsible man and gain a skill before doing that. There are exceptional cases of course but most times she only has herself to blame. It doesn't do single mothers any good to encourage the victim mentality. Theres also no excuse for not having a job if you are able bodied. There are ways of gaining skills and there are resources to make yourself employable. If you are not able to do it alone then you find help.

And second I mean the women who do have skills, but it are the companies that dont want to hire a single mom with children. It happens. And after all of this these women still manage to get along smiling to their children.

If you gotta ask, then you're not giving it all. But also, it's ok to have some balance too. Go 120 on your family life, 120 on your work, 120 on your FUN !!! You get the point, give everything you do 120% !!!
