I also sometimes feel guilty for resting, but I recently learned that working and punishing yourself for resting is actually a generational trauma thing. We feel that way because our parents and grandparents worked so hard to give us a “better” life, so they worked super hard, often for long periods of time. But I’ve learned to accept that and break the generational chain! ❤️

My tip for overthinking would be everytime you catch yourself doing that don't feel guilty about it, ask yourself does doing that make you feel better and its probably not so then you can go and do something small that lifts your mood. Or you could try to find green objects around you as many as you can to get "outside of your thoughts"😊hope it helps🥰
