How can you say an underground/underrated artist has influenced or is the favorite rap of your favourite rapper. That goes beyond a reach, don't mean to be a dick, but I don't think a Kendrick or cole has heard of spark. Even if you include what now seems to be the majority of rap/hip-hop, the mumble rappers, I don't think any have heard or have been influenced by him.
