Cheraman Juma Masjid Kerala (First Mosque in Indiia)
Built in AD 629 by Malik Ibn Dinar, it is the first mosque in India and the second in the world where Juma prayers were started. Situated just 2 km from Kodungalloor Town.The oral tradition is that Cheraman Perumal, the Chera king, went to Arabia where he met the Prophet and embraced Islam.
Munnar Spice Plantations
The spice plantation in Munnar is one of the major spice plantations in Kerala.
