Yeah, with her mom being gone, I think she just doesn't feel it anymore. Even though she has been a solo artist for over 30 years, her mom was always her inspiration. Since her mom has been gone, I've noticed that she doesn't seem to get into her music much anymore. It's heartbreaking, but I can definitely understand it. Her mom was everything to her.
Have you considered that she has vertigo. That's why she closed her eyes. Plus she could be nervous. Give the lady a break. She Is A Human Being With A Huge Talent.
Give Wynonna her kudos. The Lady's been showing up and showing out for 40+years. What say y'all in whatever your God-given gift you may have. Wynonna sounds marvelous, still. Maybe she's having her monthly cycle. FYI: The high pitch notes 🎶 songbirds, I e. Whitney and Mariah have admitted publicly on Oprah's show: "that time of the month" affects your voice pitch. ❤Wynonna whatever shape she shows up. Just saying !!!!(JFF)
Only God is the ultimate Judge. Sure not me. Never thought anyone would only see Wy's age @ 60 as an impossibility to affect her "singing pitch" the reason being the correlation between her age @ 60, and the female monthly cycle; because it is assumed her monthly should no longer be occuring @ age 60. Really? @highnoon 9333? Since you brought it up, I am still praying for a "miracle" baby @ 60 yrs for Wy and Cactus. Because, truth be told, If she is still having her monthly cycle at 60 yrs+,then, "mommie hood" is not impossible. Proof in my own family: 2nd cousin @ 56 yrs (close enough) nicknamed her "menopausal" daughter Tumor, because the Dr. diagnosed her growing baby bump "a tumor", without even giving her a pregnancy test, all the way to her 7 month she said it was a tumor; just saying, It's the age that you are whenever the monthly cycle stops in its finality, and for some females, it's not impossible, but, statistically, rare, at 60. No offense to any non-believers, but I believe in God, that anything you ask Him for "is possible". Suggestion: Google it to see if any 60+ Mommie's are revealed. @@highnoon9333
I disagree. I went to 6 of her concerts in the last 2 years, and she definitely still has it. This was a special night for her, prior to this they were celebrating the Tribute to The Judds album that just came out. Then she didn a 45 minute solo set. This was the end of that set. I am sure she was tired by then! I was at the show in Dayton when she thought she was going to pass out. She sounded amazing then, and no one knew anything until she said something. Then she continued the show. Still amazing! Hope to get to see her live many more times! 19 times so far!!
She’s been giving her all vocally for so many years. That’s going to have an inevitable toll on her vocals as she ages, but ya know what… she doesn’t fake it, and she keeps showing up. Wynonna and the Judds will be forever my all time favorite artists. I finally got to see her for the first time a few months ago in Washington, and I literally cried through most of the concert.
Hey she can't be perfect all the time. Shes been changing up a lot of songs, working hard she has been doing so much since her mama died, dealing with family issues and such. At least she shows up and does her best at that particular moment.
As artist age you’ll notice all their styles slightly change the when health issues come up can really change things depending on treatment look at “Heart” performing live a couple months ago
Love Wynonna!
We saw her twice at the small venue in my town. She's definitely one of a kind.
She is beautiful and always sounds amazing!!
Great song, amazing singer and band !
Wynonna ❤❤❤❤
You can tell her energy and voice is not what it was even two years ago

Just thinking that. She not putting the same energy in this performance. Voice doesn't seem the same.
God bless her... Death changes you in ways you will never recover. 😢

You do know she's 60 years old, right? I highly doubt "that time of the month" is affecting anything.

Well, at least the music was close to the original.
Reba just did this song on the voice
I’m just here for the comments lol😅
Steve Earle
She don’t sound like she use to at all. Seems to holler more than anything. 😢😢
I love Wynonna, but reading the lyrics or whatever she is doing and not singing from her heart kills me.
She did the whole song on the teleprompter. You can tell that she wasn't feeling the performance at all
Who cares if she did!
The people watching care. She is an amazing performer and this was lazy and distracted.
I've seen her nearly 20 times, and she has said she has it because she gets distracted

I know she's gotten older since the song came out, but hate that she can't hit those high notes anymore and does more 'talk' singing than she used to.
Definitely disheartening

She was off her mark on this one , very nasally and not engaged with the song.
Shes been dealing with health issues as of lately, including vertigo so that could be playing a part
@@StephlovesJesusandCountryMusic Agreed , the last year or so has been some of the hardest parts of her life. I hope she is ok.

Awful performance and energy
