Its Fahad Ismail From pakistan 26 years old sir i have ITp from 2007 when i was 6-7 to years old.but after 2011 there is no drop in platelets till 2021 by taking homeopathic medicine but from 2021 October to still low platelets now i am taking steriod (prednisolone starting dose 5mg 18/day now 12 /day) also 5 days ago started elthrom only 1 tablet 4:50 Am during Fasting and start reducing steriods but SGPT is 158 last time.
Should i go for spleen removal or stop taking steriods will recover SGPT normal
