Ocarina of Time Randomizer - No Logic, Max Random Settings, Triforce Hunt

- This is a No Logic randomizer, which means that this seed was created without checks to make sure that it is actually possible to beat the seed without items being hidden behind impossible obstacles.
This randomizer uses all the settings possible to randomize items, but also includes decoupled entrance randomizer. This means that every entrance is randomized, and going back the way you came does not take you back to the same place.
This also uses Triforce Hunt, which places 30 pieces of the triforce around the world and you need to collect 20 of them to finish the game. This makes it more about doing as many checks as possible rather than completing specific goals (completing dungeons). This increases flexibility for how to beat the seed and makes it less likely to have the seed be impossible to beat in a No Logic setting.

For anyone struggling to understand decoupled, here's a quick breakdown:
In normal rando, this would occur: enter links house = enter lost woods from goron city and then leave lost woods to goron city = leave link's house.
However in decoupled, leaving lost woods to goron city would equal something else. The entrance and exits are treated as separate pools. But you will always have the same results when going through a set of entrances/exits as in standard entrance rando
Normal: A always leads to B and B always leads back to A.
Decoupled: A always leads to B but B always leads to C. It is possible to have cases where B always leads back to A, but it's not likely.

Mostly people ask so they can get interaction with the streamer. It's also a very light form of trolling, that harms literally no one. Sure, it's annoying people ask, but it's best to ignore them.
There are two things you cant beat a 4 hour zfg randomizer stream for. A nice long toilet sesh, and crashing tf out (usually in random places like a love seat or recliner). Bless this man.

Decoupled entrances can be a very long and drawn-out process if you don't keep track of where you're going. I know the 3DS rando has a built-in tracker for entrances you've been to, so I wonder if the N64 rando devs will consider that for the remake.

Regarding notes, just making a couple columns in excel/sheets is very easy to work with and only would take 5 seconds at most to log things.
Columns like 'From' 'To' for doors and 'Location' 'Item' for hints. You can then just sort the columns whenever you want to easily find what you want.

I may have done one or two entrance randomisers in this game, and during one of them I had random warp locations enabled.
_Excluding_ the obligatory graveyard warp, four out of the six songs in that run led to different entrances in Kakariko.
Watching this seed made me kinda remember why the Ice Cavern is one of my least favorite areas from this game, especially when he was trying to get Din's.

Wait, you actually finally did a decoupled entrance run? I've honestly been wanting to watch one of these lol, it seems like such a hilarious concept, and with how much faster you travel, early checks probably happen way faster on average than in normal entrance rando.
It took him 1 hour to find a dungeon though. (Ice cavern doesn't count)

For the goron bug at 22:22 It seems to me that if you step back a little (not too much), and you wait for the end of his animation when he gets into a ball and you come back to talk to him before he leaves you can talk to him again.
I've been playing this game since 1998, multiple play-throughs and hundreds of randomizers. I never realized that the block pushing puzzle in ice cavern can line up to the end. I've always had it just left of the entrance and jumped when I used it.
