I audibly gasped at 2:11. You have worked so hard for your talent, of course, but you are also just so incredibly gifted. I even started tearing up at one point. Gorgeous work!
It’s amazing to see how your color is evolving - sharing emotion through the color is unreal. It would be wild to hear you do some sort of voice over, sharing thoughts and things that you’re going through that relate to the visuals - so good man , always inspiring
thanks a lot! i tried something kind of different with kins one, kind of more "natural" in a way. that's a great idea, I have something similar planned for this series. Hope it turns out well haha
This is insanely refreshing in a TH-cam that is so full of over edited, fast paced crazy clickbait videos, absolutely gorgeous and as a photographer I love how you shoot, it is gorgeous, I especially loved that sunset where the water looked purple, I see SO many iPhone "beautiful sunset shot", but that lower contrast shot because of the sun being behind the cloud, in combination with the motion of the water, the colour grading, lighting, like everything down to the tee is perfect, great work like always can't wait to see the rest of the series.
I’ve watched this more than once and it’s moved me to tears. I struggle with depression, and your videos are one of the few things that remind me the world is this beautiful, and genuinely makes me feel grateful to still be here. I often have that “I wish I wasn’t born” feeling, so seeing these makes realize all the incredible things I’d miss out on if I weren’t. Thank you 🙏💛
the story you told.... felt like I watched a whole two hour movie that was so carefully curated. Amazing how one cinematic scene can say a thousand words.
This kid is the real thing! There’s a lot of people out there right now creating art that is OK. But this guy? WOW. And I say this after watching 2 minutes and 25 seconds of one of his videos. I really hope this guy gets into making bigger budget movies because he may be the savior that the movie industry needs. Again, I say this after watching two minutes and 25 seconds of the first video I’ve ever seen of his.
God damn Gawx. I travelled to Italy and (tried to) captured this beautiful country. Your work is beyond amazing and I'm excited to see where you will end up! Thanks for constantly inspiring.
@@jbw6351 generally its probably blue hour or just made the shadows blue meanwhile boosting saturation and luminance into the reds and since the only red is the tail lights it shouldn’t be a problem.
Siempre me alegra cuando veo en tus historias de Instagram que comienzas a crear un nuevo video. Sólo quería decirte que lo que haces es una gran inspiración. Increíble trabajo!
I lived in the street of Pisa you filmed, everyday I would walk it down to get to my university. Since the shot was from the top of the city walls I didn't recognize it at first, but as soon as I did my heart skipped a beat. Thank you for making such a video.
The attention you have to your surrounding to frame your shots is amazing and it makes me want to grab my camera and apply myself to not be so easily satisfied. Thank you.
I was astonished by the harmonies between the blues and dark green all over the video and especially your blue jacket that was perfect match with the blue water and sky
man you are so good. your videos feel less and less like a carefully curated collage of shots and moments from a trip and more and more like an actual movie!
it was so cool, I started the video and heard bird song, and after I finished the video I could still hear it. I realized the birds outside had woken up in those couple of minutes. Beautiful moment, beautiful video
color is breathtaking as always but the camera movement really stood out to me this time. so smooth, loved how the slower pace brought it all together!
This is ridiculously good man!! Every frame feels like a 19th century painting and the subtle sound design brings every single frame to life. When’s the movie coming out???
that one frame where the whole town is pale blue is the best frame/picture i have ever seen (i posted it for a background hahaha). I mosty like when you zoom in some object, it creates something similar to what you did with that frame. Keep on going ur amaziiiingg
Beautiful work as always Gawx!! I think this is my favorite color grade of yours so far; I love how you embrace the shadows in a lot of your shots. Can't wait to see again what you come up with next! We also need to keep a running tally of how many tracking bicycle shots and you walking away from frame will be as a part of your signature style haha. Love it as always :)
😍 1:56 - I really love this shot, it's simple yet there is something eye catching about it. But I definitely can't choose only one fave, this video is a masterpiece as a whole. I like the overall vibe
wow, beautiful beautiful beautiful colors! I love that early morning/late night blue/gray contrasted with the orange/yellow glow of the lights. Love it!!! And the ocean shot at 1:55 !!!! Surely you've got people contacting you to be a cinematographer on film projects right?!?!
As an observer, it is an absolute perfect shots only my perspective is that, Place the object which is focused in the "middle" as I saw the main subject or the shot was slightly on the left or right. If you've done that intentionally I respect but as an observer it would create more impact on my eyes if subject was placed exactly at the middle. And I want Montage made by you in Future!!!
Maybe it’s the fact I’ve been seen him in so many cinematic videos, but I’m starting to think he belongs in a movie awesome video cinematic masterpiece as usual
Honestly, this is one of my favourite Gawx 2 videos yet! I especially liked that handheld shot at the end for some reason. I cannot wait for you to make a short film one day!!
I'm always amazed by how you manage to find these amazing compositions work in combination with mostly non-staged subjects (atleast I assume they're not staged). Your frames are like paintings, carefully thought out. Almost like you had control over what happens in front of your lens lighting and action wise. Would you consider sharing your approach on this is in a video at some point? Would be so interested to hear!
I just discovered your two channels today. The cinematography and imagery in your videos is absolutely stunning and beautiful. Very inspiring. Thank you.
Gawx, this is breathtaking! I am working on some short films too and every time I can‘t motivate myself to film I watch your videos and I am instantly motivated again! You inspire me and othe creators a lot. I know you get asked this question for a few years now haha but can you do a color grading tutorial?
im in LOVE with this, pure inspiration, love all of your work, love your taste and attention to details, been here since day one and knew something was different about you
i loved the video, not only because of the way it was done but because i recognized most of the places. sseing that you were able to turn my country into such a beautiful place. thanks!

thank you! looking forward to creating them
The huge amount of work behind those 2:41 min is honorable ! Perfectly color graded, liked it, very inspiring.
Beautiful. Rest in peace, Ryuichi Sakamoto 🙏
A true legend, never will be forgotten
I was just thinking about Mr. Sakamoto as I was watching this. He would’ve been proud to see his music being used in a beautiful way.

I'm always in awe with your filming and editing, but I also have to say how amazing your music choices are. Keep up the good work Gawx

Kiarostami one of my biggest inspirations. Thank you for the lovely compliment

Love that shot at 2:12 🥲 the blues with the cars red tail lights ! Too good
I'm curious how this shot is graded. How do you cast a blue hue across the image but preserve the color of the tail lights?

gracias Daniel!! Lo aprecio mucho
One of your best. The shot at 2:12 comes in with so much intention, had to have been put at the end for a reason. What a painting.
