- Raising quintuplets is not an easy job, and raising quintuplets while constantly being followed around by cameras would only make things even more stressful. However, Adam and Danielle Busby, stars of the TLC show OutDaughtered, are willing to do just that. The show sees the Busbys raising their quintuplets, as well as one older daughter, but how much do they get paid to put their very hectic lives on display for all to see? Both have incomes outside of the show, because raising all those kids adds up, but let’s take a look at how much the Busbys get paid for OutDaughtered.

Ok but they need those millions. Those girls must be expensive.
I know right!!!! Especially college. Imagine how much loan they will have to pay back if all 5 of the girls want to go into a field that requires you to go through 4 years of Med School. For one student/person going to take med school, it costs around $300,000 for 1 person ONLY. Now multiply that by 5 and you have yourself years and years of loans to pay back. Unless they ALL get a really big scholarship for college, these poor parents are in BIG trouble. Even though they are saving up from all the extra income coming in, they still might have lots of loans to pay back.
That is true, but I hate the way he is always saying he is the sole supporter of the family.
It's just for the show. How can you support a family of 8 with just his income. They get a hefty check per episode. She has LB bags, and they are both in great shape. He complains about not having enough time to go to the gym, but I am sure he spends a few hours a day working out. I wonder how much help she has around the house, they are hiding behind the cameras. No way you can cook, clean up the house, clean up their mess, bathe them alone at night, put each one to sleep. Well, the cooking seems to be always chicken nuggets or kind of fast cooking stuff.

I believe that they deserve every penny they get. Like raising 6 girls is not hard enough.
So true and it's not like they really wanted to have 5 kids all at once +1. Like it's not really their fault they need a lot of money for college and all.
Everyone who participates in the show should be receiving part of that money..... each child and participant. Kris Jenner made sure each of her children received their chunk of change from their show and now they are all millionaires.

The parents are very organized with the girls and their awesome puppy! Adam is a very flexible Dad that is devoted to the minutiae of parenting like I have never known. Very fortunate family!
I agree he is one of the best Dads I've ever seen he is almost perfect as a father in my eyes.
Danielle thinks the show is all about her, she hounds Adams about his job, she wears the pants and makes Adam make decisions that makes it for him , like the house they moved into because of the mold , the were getting close to moving back and she made Adam pay 20, ooo dollars and stay in the rental house , she bitches because he has to go to Dallas once or twice a month , she doesn’t realize what a lifestyle she demands , all those trips, bigger cars , just everything , she’s beginning to be an awful like Kate Goslin, and I can see Adam I’d getting disgusted with it, it can’t be all about one person, watch a little closer you’ll see what I mean, in the future I won’t be surprised if Adam does not get fed up, they have a lot going for them , but just one little change and if it can’t go her way she keeps on until it does.

Well, living in America is expensive. College, health care, etc.etc. Hope they'll start a college fund for each child.
I hope the children receive their share of the monies from the show. That is how it should work... like the Kardashians... each kid got their money and now look at them... they are all rich.

I love this show, but I think Danielle is so selfish. She jumps all over Adam constantly about his business trips but yet expects him to be the breadwinner. Adam needs to tell her he will stay home and SHE can be the sole breadwinner.
They make plenty. Too much about Hazel. Those others need just as much attention. They are adorable
All those trips are paid for by for example Disney (the cruise) the Dude Ranch for Adam's birthday. Hawaii was paid for by the motel. Even the girls preschool is paid for which is why they always show the schools banner. Its advertising so along with their salaries, they actually get a lot of free stuff and free trips.

They said the first year they received $25,000 - $40,000 per episode but that it most likely got raised after it was known to be a success. Lots of money. I hope the girls are receiving their share of that money.

They make a lot of money EACH every single child and each parent. They make a lot of money, they get paid trips all the time, they have extremely nice expensive clothes,toys, house etc. And I'm not judging I'm just saying those girls are not very well behaved at all. But sure are fortunate.

Just hope they are smart with their money. She should be able to have all the help she needs. Good for them. She could hire one person to cook three meals a day. A cooks helper to clean up and shop an keep all foods organized. A full time house keeper for rest of the house. Yard people. That money can ease the strain of so much work. The main thing is the parents sleep a full night every night so one nanny overseas the children at night. When you want to be super mom and do it all you end up sick lose your health doing nothing. Hope they are doing this. Beautiful family

Adam Busby has no shame living on the money his babies makes and that hair do and voice is enough to drive anyone outta their mind and to top it all off the way he talks to his mother in law and about her shows this Dorks true colors and Danielle isn't much better to let him get away with it. That being said, the Quints are beautiful and are doing a wonderful job supporting the family. If it wasn't for them guess Blake wouldn't have many holidays and neither would the Jet setting parents.

Personally I don't think children should be on TV shows. But having said that, there's no reason to believe Adam and Danielle aren't great parents. I think they just got caught up in the stardom of having a show and being famous (and all the money, vacations and attention from fans). I think they're good parents though. Anyone would go a little crazy if they all of a sudden had six kids and a TV show. I did notice that Adam doesn't have respect for his mother in law. He seems to dislike her and doesn't want her around. He hides it more in later seasons, but in the first season or two it was very apparent. He was furious when she moved in with them for a little while. It made me feel sad for her.
