Hello Ma'am! There are many resorts around Liliw and nearby town of Nagcarlan which you can stay overnight. Tour guides to the waterfall will be provided by the Tourism office in going to the falls. :)
It depends on your location Maam, if you're from Laguna, there's no need to have one. But if you are from other provinces in CALABARZON or from NCR, the requirement of having a medical certificate is already lifted and its open now to domestic tourists.
