@@dirtydandinoman8902 ya that may be true but plasmo build 1 72 scale their is a limit to the amount of detail you can do also up till the last year or so plasmo has mostly build aircraft so I think he dose a incredible job and 1 72 sturat is tiny tiny like its probably not as long one of your fingers and he makes look incredibly real.
He is very skilled, yes. And we are very lucky that he shares some of his skills / techniques with us. But. Relating *any* hobbiest to God, is ridiculous.. give me a break. Don't be a simpleton about it.
I consider PLASMO to be a Plastic Surgeon - his work is so precise and his craft look so realistic. PS. You couldn't really tell that the Stuart had a nose job.
I don't make plastic models or dioramas. I have no idea how this channel ended up in my feed. That being said, every time I see a new Plasmo video posted, I light up like a child on Christmas morning. Grab a cup of coffee and sit down and enjoy !
Am I the only American who sees this, and immediately think HAUNTED TANK?????? David, i doubt that means anything to you, it was a comic book from a long, long time ago. It was any number of different tanks, but, at one point, it WAS a Stuart. The ghost of JEB Stuart protected and guided it. The crew never missed, and always knocked out every tank they shot at. Which was hard to believe a Stuart could knock out a Panther, or a Tiger, but, they did it every issue, every month..... Your work is, as always, fantastic, and I do appreciate the memories, even f that was not the intention of your diorama......
Easy peasy lemon squeezy, haha, great to hear that one from a non-native English speaker... Easy peasy Japaneezy is also a good one - although perhaps not by the Left...
I used to model 1/35th scale when my eyes still worked properly and I would struggle to even come close to the level of detail in this and it is 1/72nd. Truly amazing.
Interesting how having the figure behind the tank in the process of walking, transmits the feeling of motion on the Stuart. Without the figure, it looked like the tank was standing still.
You should try going outside for the final presentation, if you've ever seen Luke Towan's videos he does outdoor photography and its honestly difficult to tell if its a real-life location or not.
yeah nothing beats natural light for photographing scale models although you do need the right conditions but they can be gotten with a filter between the model and the sun if its too bright
Mi padre era modelista de aviones WWII 1/72 italieri y airfix.Hoy yo tengo su colección (mas de 120 modelos). Verdaderamente espectacular el hobby. Felicitaciones!!
Thought for a WWI model/diorama idea. Make a British MK1 tank rolling through barbwire towards a German trench with German miniatures in the trench and British miniatures following behind the tank! Would also be cool to see a German MG08 emplacement!
I am from Normandy next to Falaise and when I was a kid, my dad told me that he saw dead German soldiers everywhere around. They had been encircled in the Falaise pocket.
Dude… I can watch this videos for days. This is so cool and reminds me of the good old days when I did this with my dad. Keep on building more nice stuff!!!
Awesome work! It would be more realistic if you would have depicted German casualties on the ground or in the tank. When I was in Kuwait I saw many destroyed vehicles and most of them still had the combatants inside. That is the reality of war.
David, you are truly a world class model builder & maker. Also world class diorama builder. Add to that, a fantastic macro videographer and an excellent video editor.
Beautiful job on the dio! Thought you were doing a cooking show for a minute, but just a quick minute. Nice job on all the foliage, natural & homemade {and some burnt}. Proud of you! Congrats!
"I hope I inspired you with this diorama, for yours, and your models" Mate. I'm a sub. have been a good few years now. What I do is just watch in amazement and feel shitty about my shitty work and then don't want to do it because it will turn out bad! But hopefully one day I can get something that will at least fool a non-modeller, but not to this standard.
Awesome work, particularly in this smaller scale….😧 Figures & armour look passable for 1/35, great quality. Love the idea of actually creating a burnt out area by actually really setting fire to it 🔥 Grear video, lots of useful info, vegetation looks excellent too 🙂👌
Thanks David. You really must show us your new building area. Watching you build a diorama is like watching Bob Ross paint. The beauty emerges right in front of your eyes and although I just watched what you did, It still looks nearly impossible to do.
Beautifully done! I'm amazed at how you recreate vegetation on the diorama. A light dusting of the same pigments you used on the road could also be applied to the tank tracks to unify the tanks with the diorama. Awesome!
I sometimes think these aren't tiny kits, but PLASMO is a giant god and these are life-size tanks. The god of detail.
This is at the same time quite cool and truly terrifying
I am his 5th model
I prefer Night Shift. He does larger scale models and makes them look even better in my opinion

So much detail in such a little package - great work! 👍
Ah yes a PLASTIC surgeon, see what you did there
@Svannuta bit late but nightshift is another good channel
Plasmo: "Safety is important but skill is number one priority"
~plasmo proceed burning his finger~
I'm quite happy knowing I can't get even close to this level of skill, as I know that at least you can, and I can watch you do it. Great stuff!
You just need practice start small not big then go with bigger then bigger with more detail
Disclaimer: Only one of PLASMO's fingers was harmed in the making of this video.
7:02 diorama literally on fire, PLASMO happily adding more details.
I wish I had that kind of cool headedness.

Same for me! I found it riveting, in spite of it being suggested out of nowhere.
Get a kit, brush colors etc and start!

Beautiful, so miniature!
The amount of detail is astounding. This is a masterpiece.

Excellent diorama!
Alternate title would be: Germany Suffers
0:19 Nice War Thunder reference.
This is the reason why this is the best model Channel on TH-cam.

It's not modeling, it's artistry, perfect, stay healthy !
This whas 13 minutes of absolute enjoyment
If I was half as skilled as Plasmo I'd be a very happy person indeed!
Recently got into building my own models, discovered that painting is the hardest part, that can make or break it all.
Such amazing detail for 1/72 scale!!
Plasmo builds a beautiful diorama out of plastic and dried plants only to burn it down! This man has confidence along with skill.
Interesting how having the figure behind the tank in the process of walking, transmits the feeling of motion on the Stuart. Without the figure, it looked like the tank was standing still.
2 uploads in a week! We have been blessed by the modelling gods
"skill matters" but "rank does not matter"
I see what you did there
The Stuart was on "god mode"
Love it guys
Stuart just got a lucky shot
Absolutely beautiful
I appreciate the direct approach of simply burning stuff.

Oh the sacrifices and pain you endure for your art! We appreciate it. Thanks.
Great, just great. I could stare at ones like these for hours while my imagination runs away with me. I gotta learn how to do this!!!

Every video that you make is soooo satisfying. Makes me wanna do what you're doing
In 72.wow.this guy has the passion, thanks my foreign friend.. Inspire me. Oh yes.
The last shot was the money shot! Nice.
This has to be the *SECOND* most epic diorama I’ve ever seen so far
the techniques you share are fantastic, and super helpful, but the humor puts it all over the top. I love your work, thanks for sharing.
"Hilfe, meine Finger brennt! Autsch!"

I am amazed by the fact you work in 1/74 scale.

Splendid diorama !!!
Sounds like the title of the next Mark Felton video.
いつもみているんですがすごくリアルにできていて実際の炎🔥を使用して焼けた跡などを再現できていてすごいですね
David, you never cease to amaze me with your modeling talents. Keep the videos coming, I'll keep watching. Thank you, Bob.
1/72 scale and that many details is just amazing!
Wow by far one of the best 1/72 diorama's I've seen, good job dude.
Great diorama as always, that Panther looks like it really has taken a hit!!!!!😬

Wow , that's a fantastic diorama and very detailed !🏅🏆👍
Amazing effect with the burnt foliage, very well done!!
Now when my girlfriend says size matters I will show her this video of your diorama!
Model related house fires are about to increase ten-fold.

Phenominal work David. you always like to show off all sorts of new techniques for diorama model building.
