Friday Night Funkin' is a Newgrounds rhythm game made in HaxeFlixel originally created for Ludum Dare 47. Programmed by ninjamuffin99 with a soundtrack produced by Kawai Sprite and artwork created by PhantomArcade and evilsk8r, the game can be played on Newgrounds or played/downloaded for free on Itch.io.

Friday Night Funkin' is a rhythm game in which the player controls a character called Boyfriend, who must defeat a series of opponents in order to continue dating his significant other, Girlfriend. The player must pass multiple levels, referred to as "weeks", each containing three songs. Each week, the player faces a different opponent, though some deviate in structure from this via the inclusion of multiple opponents. During gameplay, the opponent will sing a pattern of notes (represented as arrows) which the player must then mirror by using the arrow keys or the W, A, S, and D keys. Some songs introduce more complicated patterns, with the player's pattern sometimes varying from the opponent's or both singers engaging in a duet.

Not necessarily. It's important to consider the context for HOW Afton "always comes back", which is usually because of his Soul possessing, or being attached to, something, rather than resetting like Chara.

Taking this seriously for a sec it’s probably well over 20. Guy is the worst type of human being there is even ignoring his kill count he’s got no problem killing any one of any age. Plus as someone else mentioned above he’s got but-loads of determination. Place him in undertales world and you have an unstoppable monster worse than chara.
Chara would have trouble beating him. But both are determined to kill so its a battle to never end. Just like Andrews will to keep William suffering

Afton’s biggest deal was child murderer in terms of crimes.
Chara’s is mass genocide and world erasure.

Chara is a child who has genocides monsters. But all those monsters only had the power of one human. If we take LV then afton is winning no doubt. If we count actual skill however, Chara is way more likely to win because she has genocided all the monsters and has more experience.
