    Very nice tactic by Lind - intentionally giving high backspin balls, which are hard to kill with backhand

      For most, not if you're Karakasevic ;)
      But indeed, nice tactic

    Interesting strategy from Anders. Simple but effective. He exploited the weak forehand from Alamiyan along all the match. Only consistent FH stroke from Alamiyan was the block in this match.

      It's because he has neurological damage... He can't play forehand attack due to his condition.

    0:30 Interesting situation! Lind stops playing. He presumes he won the point, since Alamiyan shouted in celebration too early. Seem Alamiyan got the point anyway.

    • @CrAzzyWak
      @CrAzzyWak ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Indeed interesting. I don't know the rule, but it is possible that the shouting player loses the point only if the shout was deliberate.

    • @lassehagman6941
      @lassehagman6941 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@CrAzzyWak I believe you're correct! Here the net caught the ball, hence there's a strong case for the early celebration being non-intentional. But one cannot know for sure. Would be clearer if the rule was to prohibit celebration until the ball is dead.

    May be Alamiyan should try to be a right hander player. He would have both backhand and forehand shots and with his talent he would be lethal. But may be it is such an investment in time (may be a year or two) that a pro can't afford to make as it implies staying out of many tournaments.

    • @zencosuzuki8496

      I think that it can be done at a young and not so young age. In the case of Alamiyan, if I am not mistaken, the problem is with his left shoulder, so his right shoulder should be OK to loop. But may be his problem affects both shoulders and then all what I said is really pointless.

He should take some psychological coachings to learn to control his emotions. However his opponent didnt behave properly as well.
