  • Two opinion polls have been published in the past 24 hours, both of which show Labour holding its large lead over the Conservatives and Reform UK trailing the Tories by several points.
A poll by Savanta, carried out online from June 12-14 among 2,045 UK adults, puts Labour 25 points ahead of the Conservatives.
The figures are Labour 46%, Conservatives 21%, Reform 13%, Liberal Democrats 11%, Green Party 5%, SNP 2%, Plaid Cymru 1%, and other parties 2%.
A poll by Opinium, carried out online from June 12-14 among 2,059 UK adults, gives Labour a 19-point lead.
The figures are Labour 41%, Conservatives 22%, Reform 13%, Lib Dems 12%, Greens 7%, SNP 2%, Plaid Cymru 1%, and other parties 2%.
An average of all polls that were carried out wholly or partly during the seven days to June 17 puts Labour on 41%, 20 points ahead of the Conservatives on 21%, followed by Reform on 15%, the Lib Dems on 12% and the Greens on 6%.

The point is that wr need to move forward from the current dysfunctional systems. Reform will not be 100% right on every detail, no one ever is. The key point is that the sooner we start the sooner we make progress. There is no way that the government only wastes 5%, i have directly seen 50% where the same delivery is available at half the cost.

Yes please, bring it to Wales. Labour has been in too long and not given anything to show for it. Big industries Have left Wales and Steel following. Drakeford stopped the expansion of the M4, stopping companies coming in to Wales. They’ve put a further 39 members, over 50% more members, why, to support the minority groups. No, to get the votes of these groups. Same as last time, they dropped the age limit for voting to get the extra votes, knowing the majority of them would follow their parents. Foreign students vote as well, why? They are not putting anything into our system as far as taxes. Sick & tired of labour in Wales.

It's a great contract. After watching their press conference, they have plausible answers on costing. All hypothetical as they won't be in power. However, I'll be voting REFORM as it's i believe they can make a real difference.
If Labour get in for 10 years we can expect the same apathy to the general public we've seen from the Conservatives. Politics shouldn't be hard, nor shady. I dont want to read about politicians becoming millionaires after office. I don't want to read about kickbacks to friends. I want policies that are for the benefit of the UK...REFORM want that more than any other party.

I really do hope Reform gets under the skin of the Welsh government & really gets changes made. Personally I think the English should 1) have own devolved Parliament & 2) the English should CHOOSE WHERE OUR MONIES (89% OF GB) is SPENT. I would limit it to a set rate to ALL British of say £5k NO MORE. ALL OTHER EXPENDITURE SHOULD COME FROM TAXES, so each devolved parliament should raise own taxes for those who live in their countries.

"Farage’s ‘ordinary bloke’ credentials don’t stand up to scrutiny either. Far from the working class underdog he styles himself as, Farage is the public schoolboy son of a millionaire stockbroker, who attended £35,000-a-year Dulwich College, one of Britain’s most elite private schools."
"Before entering politics he followed his father straight into the City as a commodities trader and, with a trust fund based in an offshore tax haven, is today believed to be worth around £3.2million."
“As an operator, but not as a human being, I would say Putin,” he told an interviewer. “The way he played the whole Syria thing, brilliant.”
